Return and Refund Policy

Exchange or return conditions

The customer can request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. For this to happen the following conditions must be met:
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, or in the form in which it was received
  • The product must be returned with the intact label, protective covers attached, manuals and all accessories supplied.
Note: if a discrepancy in the originality of the product is detected (indications of improper use, absence of the manual, absence of accessories accompanying the product, etc.) the return request will not be accepted. In these cases, the withdrawn product will be returned to the delivery address without any refund due and the entire return process will be canceled.

How to request an exchange or return

Contact us via email (contact@kannui.com) and inform us:
  • Product name
  • Request number
  • Email registered at time of purchase
  • Reason for exchange or return
  • Image or video proving the defect, if this is the reason
Note: Once all questions regarding the return have been confirmed, we will send you a return ticket and refund the amount you paid for the product.

Forms of reimbursement
  • Credit Card Chargeback: The chargeback may appear on up to two invoices after you make the return.
  • TED: bank transfer to the customer's account which can be made within 5 working days of confirmation of the return (the bank transfer cannot be made to a third party account)

Exchange and return of personalized products
.
The customer can exchange or return personalized products only if they present a defect in the personalization or in the product itself.
By their very nature, personalized products cannot be resold or reused. For this reason they cannot be exchanged or returned (unless they have a manufacturing defect, a personalization error or are damaged/damaged, as explained above)
