The average delivery time for products is 7 to 25 days, and there may be variations by the Post Office (in addition to other factors beyond our control). The products arrive in Canada for customs inspection; after this stage, they are dispatched to the destination cities.
Shipping time
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 days (in most cases, within 2 business days). The tracking code and all updates are automatically sent to the registered email. Attention: if the order is for 2 or more products, they may be sent in separate packages. In this case, a tracking code will be issued for each package.
Company responsible for delivery
Delivery is made by the Post Office. However, in some cases (such as recipient absent or regions with delivery restrictions), the Post Office may leave a notice so that the customer can pick up the order at the branch closest to the address provided. Attention: since this is an international order, the tracking information on the Post Office website may take up to 7 days to be updated.
Incorrect address
The delivery address must be checked before finalizing the order. If the product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient data, the delivery failure will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Failed delivery
In case of failed delivery attempts, the order will remain at the Post Office branch awaiting collection. If the order is not collected by the customer, it will be sent back to the sender abroad.
Attention: after confirmation of the return to the sender, a new delivery period will apply.
